Vilma to Appear on ABC News Show

On February 14, 2010, Vilma will appear on the ABC7 show, Beyond the Headlines, airing at 10 am (PST), as a guest speaker discussing the new nutritional guidelines associated with the American Heart Association’s new healthy heart resource: My Life Check.
The short assessment available through the My Life Check resource easily identifies the seven goals for ideal health, in addition to offering tools and information which offer specific steps to improve health measurements and track personal progress toward overall better health.
