Vilma Andari
Vilma is passionate about nutrition and exercise and about creating practical programs that educate people on the importance of living a well–balanced, healthy and active lifestyle.

She hopes to shift the focus away from the treatment of diseases by focusing on education.

By arming both children and their parents and individual adults with the tools to live a sustainably healthy lifestyle, she hopes to prevent the on–set of life–threatening diseases before the damage is irreversible.

Temporary diet plans are not a part of Vilma’s agenda. She influences people to make life–long lifestyle changes, period.
